Upon purchase of this MIC Review Package Ticket, CompliancePlus offers to each Ticket Holder the following service coverage related to SFC Managers-In-Charge (MIC) Compliance Services Review for SFC licensed corporations (“MIC Review Package”):

• Provision of reference templates on Organizational Chart, Board Resolution for appointment of the MIC and MIC management meeting as part of governance structure (please note that the reference templates are for reference only, each SFC licensed corporation should amend and modify the templates based on its own situation and compliance settings.)
• Access to our 40 minutes online Briefing and Training Video on SFC MIC explaining a) roles, duties, responsibilities and liabilities of MICs in a SFC licensed corporation; b) points to note to ensure compliance with the SFC MIC requirements and c) compliance steps for online submission of the MIC information to the SFC.
• Conducting TWO rounds of review of Organization Chart for ONE SFC licensed corporation
• Conducting TWO rounds of review of SFC online notifications by ONE SFC licensed corporation for submission to the SFC (please note that we will not have access to SFC licensed corporations online portal that the user should send us PDF format of the SFC online draft notifications/submission on the MIC for our review only)
• Undertaking to return compliance comments within 7 working days upon receipt the above information emailed to us to each VALID MIC Review Package Ticket Holder
